Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on intellectual property issues, including patentability, trademark infringement, and copyright protection.
• Assist in drafting patent applications, trademark registrations, and other legal documents.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings with supervising attorneys.
• Participate in client consultations and assist in case management and strategy development.
• Prepare summaries of legal documents and case materials for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in intellectual property law and technology.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior coursework or experience in intellectual property law is preferred but not required.
